You would be able to get a chance to see winter fireworks in Tokyo Tachikawa.
At Showakinen Park, there is a winter event with winter illumination from the 5th till 27th December 2015 and also, on the 24th and 25th December, there is a special event with winter fireworks at the park.
The around 300 fireworks event is held from 8:10pm to 8:15pm only, don't miss this fantastic moment if you would be around Tachikawa and Western Tokyo Tama area !
