Old Hitachi aircraft Tachikawa factory became Higashiyamato-Minami Park now and the old electrical substation is located inside this park. You may be able to see the building behind the clock.
Nice spot for having a break, doing sports, picnic, etc in Higashiyamato city Tokyo.
都立東大和南公園は、旧日立飛行機㈱立川工場跡地に立てられた公園で、敷地内には旧変電所跡も残されております。現在は市民の憩いの場、スポーツの場となっております。

旧日立航空機株式会社立川工場変電所は、１９３８年から１９９３年まで現役の変電所として使用され、現在は東京都東大和市の都立東大和南公園内に市文化財として保存されております。
